Making changes such as moving to a new town, purchasing a new home or vehicle are simply ways of hiding your own feelings instead of dealing with them.

Trust your gut instinct, even if the end of the relationship was a surprise. Chances are good that your inner voice is telling you that there were signs that it was ending. While everyone will try to give you breakup advice, some of it will help you get through these hard times.
